Liali Events Org is an event management company based in Dubai, UAE, offering wedding planning, corporate events, decoration, photography, videography, production, and event coordination across the UAE.

Use of the Website

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information in forms and inquiries.
• Not use the Website for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Not try to hack, disrupt, overload, or spam the Website.
• Not copy or misuse our content.

Information on the Website

We try to keep all information, packages, and prices accurate. However, content on the Website is for general information only. Packages, prices, and availability may change without notice. A final price is confirmed only in a written quotation or contract.

Inquiries and Bookings

• Submitting a form or call-back request does not create a booking.
• A booking is confirmed only after both parties agree on a written quotation / contract and the required deposit is received.
• Each event’s specific details, deliverables, and timelines will be set out in its contract. If the contract differs from these Terms, the contract applies.

Payments

• A deposit of [___%] is required to confirm a booking. [Owner to confirm]
• The remaining balance is due [___ days before the event / as stated in the contract].
• Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include / exclude VAT as stated in the quotation.

Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Changes to date, venue, or scope depend on availability and may change the price.
• Full cancellation terms are set out in each event contract.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details on time.
• Obtaining venue permissions, unless we have agreed in writing to handle this.
• The conduct of their guests, and any damage caused by guests to equipment, decor, or venues.

Third-Party Vendors

Some services may be provided by partner vendors (venues, caterers, florists, etc.). We choose reliable partners, but we are not liable for issues caused by third-party vendors beyond our reasonable control.

Photos, Videos, and Intellectual Property

• All Website content (logo, text, photos, videos, designs) belongs to Liali Events Org and may not be copied without permission.
• Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may use photos and videos from events we organize in our portfolio and social media. Clients may opt out in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Liali Events Org is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, government restrictions, power failures, or emergencies (force majeure). Our total liability for any event will not exceed the amount paid to us for that event.

Third-Party Links

The Website contains links to WhatsApp, social media, and Google Maps. We are not responsible for those websites.

Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Dubai.
